This 6 volt, 1000ma, AC Adapter has been designed for use specifically with the SportSync Radio as it includes filtering to help prevent against interference on radio channels. With this adapter you can plug into any standard U.S. wall outlet and provide power to the SportSync without using batteries. By connecting to standard AC power the radio will shut down its connection to the batteries in the radio so you canleave your alkalines in the radio and power the unit.
