Low Price Guarantee
How it Works

The experts at Scanner Master will match any advertised competitor's price on all items we sell. If you find a lower advertised price on any item prior to or at the time of your purchase of the same make and model of an item sold by Scanner Master, you must:

1. Call 1-800-SCANNER during normal business hours, 9 AM to 5 PM EST Monday - Friday to place your order. If you order on the weekend or after regular business hours, please call us the next business day morning to inquire about a price match and a credit, however see the caveats below.

2. Let us know the web address in which we can verify the price point from a qualified competitor. Note that verifiable price points do not include photocopies or faxes of advertisements or receipts.

This guarantee does not apply to our competitors' offers that include financing, bundling of items, free items, pricing errors, mail-in offers, items that are limited-quantity, out of stock, open-box, clearance, outlet center, items sold at auction or on websites that offer auction options, refurbished/used items, rebates,, and items for sale Thanksgiving day through the Saturday after Thanksgiving. We also reserve the right to not match prices that are "loss-leaders" which are at or below our cost. Price matching also does not apply to Scanner Master packages or bundling of products.

Due to the differences in services being performed and the level of quality available from the experts at Scanner Master, service prices are not matched. This includes, but is not limited to: services such as delivery, installation, programming, and computer services. In addition, we reserve the right to limit quantities sold to a customer and to consider in all price components including a competitor's shipping and handling prices.
