BCD996P2 April 10, 2015 Reviewer: JD Buller from Bolingbrook, IL United States   The Uniden BCD996P2 is a very good monitor. Ive been using it with GPS, and programmed by Butel ARC-XT PRO V2 build 4 using some RadioReferenc.com and my custom programming. Monitoring IL, Wi, Ia, & Clark Co. One Fine Scanner ! April 3, 2015 Reviewer: Dan Dye from Corinth, MS United States   I had a BCD996XT which would only receive Phase I of our Mississippi WIN Project Trunk which incorporated both phase I and II. This scanner receives so much I cannot begin to describe it all... one example, it picks up ALL the Highway Patrol cars and Dispatchers from the ENTIRE state, not just my area!!! And it receives SO MUCH more.... I am very PLEASED with the performance, look, and ease of programming (with software) of this scanner!!! Was this review helpful to you?

BCD996P2 April 2, 2015 Reviewer: Chuck from Framingham, MA United States   Arrived quickly and no damage. Easy to set up as I already have a 996XT. Just needed to download the usb software form UPMANS site on the Radio reference site. The software won't see the scanner w/o it. Was this review helpful to you?
