simple setup
this is the first scanner i have purchased that really works right out of box effectively with the gps and database correctly i am truly satisfied i wish i was aware of this unit before i purchased any of my other ones that are complicated to set up for a beginner

Have not purchased this item yet as it is not available yet but I am planning on purchasing. My first thought after viewing the video on it is they left out a couple things on the scanner side of the radio. When a call is received through the scanner side there is only a six letter display saying only if it is Police, Fire, EMS, or DOT being received. In my opinion they could have made it so the w
