Generally we program Police/Sheriff/Highway Patrol, Fire and EMS unless otherwise requested. Programming generally takes two to four weeks as we often have many radios to program at one time. Special requests may incur an additional fee.

Note before you ship your scanner
If you have a new scanner or if your local public safety agencies have switched their radio systems to a trunking or digital type, or they have "rebanded", please check our Compare Scanners page first or e-mail us at and let us know the exact model scanner that you have along with your city, county and state. It's important that you have confirmed that we can update and program your scanner for the police and fire radio systems in your area.

Before sending in your radio please check to see if your area works with your scanner. If you are unsure please feel free contact us.
Radios that are sent in and we are unable to program the $18.05 return shipping fee will be charged.

Scanner programmed

I had my bcd396xt scanner programmed for me for my county. I’ve had it a few years and couldn’t get it to work rite. I hadscanner master program it for me and I love it. Listen to it all the time. Thanks !! They helped me out and was on time like they said !
