If you know how to program your own scanner, then buy these programs and load and listen. Good price

HomeTown Reprogramming
I am extremely happy with my latest purchase from you, which was the HomeTown Programming. After years of having very limited activity on my Uniden 996 XT, it is now has so much activity that I had to lock some of the channels out. The Hometown programming was a great investment. Thank You Scanner Master.
