Requirements: Windows XP/2000/Vista/7, minimum 800x600 video, 512 RAM, free serial or USB port (USB requires Uniden USB-1 cable).

ARC996 Software
This software was easy to download and well as very fast. It is very easy to you for the scanner that I was programming, much easier than trying to program it manually.
