Order Status
How can I cancel my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.  If an order has not shipped you can still call before 3:00pm EST and ask a Scanner Master associate to make changes or cancel your order.
Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
How can I make a change to my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

Occasionally orders are held up with the shipping carrier due to adverse weather conditions. This is beyond our control and we do not guarentee delivery times under these circumstances. Any returns or cancelations due to late arrival because of this condition will not be credited freight cost back and will also be responsible for delivery charges back to us if the items are refused upon delivery.
An item is missing from my shipment.

When will my backorder arrive?
  Some items that are out of stock may be ordered with the understanding they are on back order and will be shipped out as soon as they arrive. These items will be clearly marked as such on the site. Orders on back order are put on the highest priority for shipment.

Back order situations usually last no longer than one to two weeks, but unexpected conditions such as a back-up at the ports or parts shortages may cause unexpectedly longer delays.

You may cancel your back order at any time for a full credit.
When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
