Our unique affiliate program allows you to generate a solid income, with little work by you. We have developed the tools you need to be successful. Affiliates have access to an additional section of web pages in your My Account manager. You will receive your own unique URL which will automatically track all sales you generate.

The My Account manager pages also allow you to automatically generate banner ads that you can just choose, copy & paste, as well as view your current statistics and earnings. You can track total click-throughs generated, as well as how many of those clicks actually convert to sales. You can find additional images on our Banner Page.

The Scanner Master logos are available for you to use as a link into our web site from yours which will generate affiliate business for you. We recommend that you also promote certain scanners, scanner package deals, accessories, software, antennas, and more via links to our site to drive the business and generate revenue for you. You can either use product images from our site, or just use text links. How to link to certain products and categories in addition to the home page is detailed in your Affiliate section under "Generate Banner Ads" at the bottom of the page.

RadioRefererence.com is one of the world’s foremost online resources for all your radio communication needs. Also a Scanner Master affiliate, his home page is a great example of how to display our banner and maximize your click throughs.

To start the enrollment process, you must submit a completed online application found on our home page. We then review the application and determine, in our sole discretion, whether to accept or reject you as an affiliate. Web sites may be rejected because they contain obscene, inappropriate or otherwise objectionable material. We will notify you regarding your application in a timely manner (typically 1-3 business days).

Applications not completely filled out with contact name, company name, address, phone number, web site address, etc., will NOT be accepted. Applications will not be accepted for web sites that are not live, or web sites currently under construction.

If approved into the Affiliate Program, your web site will be reviewed periodically. If a link, graphic or logo for scannermaster.com is not properly displayed and/or properly functioning, you will be notified immediately. You will be given ten (10) days to remedy the issue and if the necessary changes are not made within ten 10 days, the affiliate agreement will be terminated. We reserve the right to terminate the program with any affiliate at any time at our discretion.

Payout percentage rates on the total sales generated by the affiliate are setup in levels. The payout may reach 5 levels deep, based on one affiliate referring another affiliate. For example, if a customer goes to your site and clicks on the link to Scannermaster.com and then sign up as a affiliate on our site, they will now be your second level affiliate.

Each new affiliate is always at level 1. So, if level 1 payout percentage is set to 0.03, the affiliate will earn 3% of all sales he/she generates. If he/she refers another affiliate, that affiliate will become level 2, and the original affiliate will earn a percentage of sales generated by this new affiliate. If this new affiliate happens to refer another affiliate, the original affiliate AGAIN may collect a percentage of this new affiliates generated sales. This may continue up to 5 levels deep. Keep in mind that each new affiliate starts at his/her own level 1, whereas he/she can refer 5 levels deep as well.

Current Percent Levels are as follows.
Percent Level 1 = 3%
Percent Level 2 = 2%
Percent Level 3 = 2%
Percent Level 4 = 1%
Percent Level 5 = 1%

The minimum total earnings required before we generate and mail a check is $50.00. Commissions are calculated and checks cut once per quarter.  International customers, you must have a working PayPal account to receive commission payments. We do not send them in any other form. Only International customers will be paid through PayPal, all others will receive a check.

Affiliates are tracked for 10 years! For example, 3650 days to track, means that if a customer visits our website through your affiliate link, that customer's computer is tagged with your affiliate ID for 3650 days. So, if the customer visits our website for the next 10 years and places an order, you will continue to get commission from the sale. Many sites only allow for 7-10 days to track. We are basically saying, you referred that customer so you should continue to get credit for the life of the customer. The only instance this would stop working is if your customer cleared his cookies, then his computer would no longer be tagged with your ID and you would not receive any additional commission.
