| How do I buy/redeem a gift certificate? |

To purchase a gift certificate, just add the products to your cart, and you will be redirected to a page where you may enter the details of the gift certificate. The first page allows you the choice of e-mailing the gift certificate as a gift (directly to the recipient) or you may choose to have the gift certificate printed and mailed to yourself or the recipient. You may choose either one of the predetermined amounts in the drop down or enter your own amount. The predetermined amounts are $15.00, $25.00, $50.00, $75.00, $100.00 and $500.00.
You may view your current remaining gift certificate balance by logging into your My Account manager and clicking View gift certificate balance.
A gift certificate can be used by applying the gift certificate to your account. Once the gift certificate is applied to the account, it will automatically be used in any subsequent purchases made through that account.
You may apply the gift certificate to your account in any of the following ways:
1. By entering the gift certificate code on the one-page-checkout during checkout.
2. By visiting your My Account manager and clicking on Apply a gift certificate to your account.

Have your gift wrapped for $3.00.
If your items are a gift, simply enter your FREE gift note with your order when you check out, and we will print it on the packing slip. We will not print prices on the packing slip. (No additional cost)

To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top, left & bottom of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance. |
| How do I use a coupon? |

After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code. If you do not see this box that means there are currently no active coupon codes for you to use. |
