With Scanner Master's new Visor Clip mount you can now conveniently mount your compact scanner on the visor of your car. This requires use of our quick-release belt-clip carrying case (SKU 01-580948) which includes the mating connector for the visor clip. This carrying is designed for the following compact scanners: BC-246T, BC-72, BC-92, SC-230, PRO-83.

The visor clip is steel and is designed to work on just about any visor. It keeps the scanner securely on the visor, similar to the method used by radar detector visor clips. (Of course make sure you are satisfied with how well the unit is secured before operating your vehicle with the product installed. There is a 30-day money back guarantee on the product.)

You can also use the Scanner Master mobile wire antenna (SKU 01-540832) or any mobile antenna and connect it to the BNC antenna connector on the radio, or you can simply use the rubber duck (in an elevated, horizontal, position).
