For such a small scanner I cannot believe the sensitivity of this. It is everything they said and much more.

I can not believe how easy it is to set up. It took me a few mimutes from start to finish. I am 72 years old and if I can do it anybody can. No problems what so ever.

After owning a 396XT I was very skeptical of all the claims about the HomePatrol. I received my HomePatrol yesterday and to my relief everything was perfect - just as easy as described by most of your customers & youtube clips. I am now eager to go ahead and get a gps receiver and a car mounting bracket (if available) All in all, I could not be happier. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

This is the best scanner I've ever owned, and I've owned 25+ scanners over the years. Way to go Uniden! Also bought the GPS cable and took it on road trip, using Garmin GPS-18 puck GPS. Worked great, changing scanner regions along the way.

Love this radio	November 7, 2010

I got the radio home and plugged the USB into my Win 7 laptop and everything just came together. I received the latest update on the datasbase and firmware and they loaded right in. I put in my ZIP and the radio was happily scanning in a few minutes. Great reception, clear audio. I am really happy with this radio

Uniden hit a home run with this one. Very easy to operate. Reception is great and very clear. You just can't say enough about the HomePatrol 1. GREAT

very easy to use,great speaker,can pickup about 35 to 40 miles with stock antenna,no hills around me. the favorites list is great,
have not found anything wrong yet ,
