Scanner programmed September 6, 2019 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Wausau, WI United States   I had my bcd396xt scanner programmed for me for my county. I’ve had it a few years and couldn’t get it to work rite. I hadscanner master program it for me and I love it. Listen to it all the time. Thanks !! They helped me out and was on time like they said ! Two Receivers for Programming.
