The Remtronix REM800S SMA 800 MHz. Scanner Antenna is possibly the best antenna available for 700-960 MHz. monitoring! While it does not work as well on lower frequencies if you need extra range on a 700/800/900 MHz. system this antenna is hard to beat.

Nice!
Just got mine. Been using a RS 800MHz for years. THIS antenna gives me a SOLID 5 bars where the RS unit would waver between 3-4. Didn't think there would be that much difference in 800MHz duckies. Glad I bought it!

it's ok
I really can't give this a great review and the reason being is that I live in an area that I pick up all the public safety perfectly (5 bars) with the rubber duck that came with the sds 100. I notice no difference with the remtronix at all, sorry, it may be a great antenna but I just didn't need it here like I thought I would

Antenna
I purchased this additional antenna for my Bearcat 436HP to help with reception for law enforcement, at the recommendation of Scanner Master. I am glad to report that this did improve reception. It's not perfect but better. Thank you Scanner Master service support team.
