I probably could have done without this. It's not that difficult to do yourself. My main issue is, very strangely, there is one very specific department I wanted to monitor more than any other and the reason I purchased the scanner. The favorites list seem to have every department in the entire county in it except that one. I had to figure out it wasn't there, then figure out how to program it in.

Missing Frequencies?
Police and Fire seem to work* but there’s not much if any EMS. Also no Lifeflight, Worcester CMED, WC sheriff ect.. The scanner is great, the programming could have been more complete.

Was a little reluctant to spend more money (laid down cost close to $1k (Canadian)Retrospect, it was probably the best think I did - it allowed me unpack and 'plug and play'. After 3 weeks, I'm still a long way from being able to program the radio however I'm optimistic that will improve with time

Setup and opitimize
Being able to listen to local activity right out of the box was excellent. Pre installed favorite list also allowed me to easily edit and add to the list using the Sentinel software.

Programming Review
While I am very satisified with SCannmaster's programming work, I remain quite dissatisified with the Uniden BCD536HP. The scanner does not receieve well at all (not even my local fire department's transmissions), the transmissions initial few seconds are cut off, and th transmission volume varies from transmission to transmission.
