Purchase Orders

Government agencies, as well as qualified corporate, retail and distributor accounts may submit Purchase Orders for single piece and quantity pricing. P.O.'s should be faxed to Scanner Master Police Scanners Corporation at 508-429-0080. Accounts who have not been pre-qualified should call Scanner Master Police Scanners Corporation for details or submit references and bank information, any DUNS number, and contact information, by fax or by e-mail to [email protected].

Ensuring You Receive Scanner Master E-Mails

Your e-mail service uses filtering to prevent unsolicited messages from crowding your inbox. Sometimes this filtering can prevent "good" messages from reaching you, too.

To ensure you receive your Scanner Master e-mails, please add [email protected] to your address book by following the simple instructions for your e-mail service:

AOL 9.0
If you've received e-mails from Scanner Master before:
  1. Open an e-mail from Scanner Master.
  2. Click the Add Address icon in right-hand side of the message.
  3. Add other optional information and click Save.

If you've never received Scanner Master e-mails:
  1. Click the Addresses button in the upper right.
  2. Click New and choose "New Contact" in the dropdown menu.
  3. Type [email protected] in either the "Email 1" or "Email 2" field.
  4. Click Save.

MSN Hotmail
If you've received e-mails from Scanner Master before:
  1. Open an e-mail from Scanner Master.
  2. Click Save Address in the top right of the message.
  3. Check the Add to Contacts box and click Save.

If you've never received Scanner Master e-mails:
  1. Click the Contacts tab along the top.
  2. Click New.
  3. Type [email protected] in the "Personal" or "Other" Online Addresses field.
  4. Type a Quickname for this entry, using no spaces (e.g., bbyemail).
  5. Click Save.

Yahoo! Mail
If you've received e-mails from Scanner Master before:
  1. Open an e-mail from Scanner Master.
  2. Click the Add to Address Book link next to "From Address."
  3. Add optional information and click the Add to Address Book button.

If you've never received Scanner Master e-mails:
  1. Click the Addresses tab along the top.
  2. Click Add Contact in the upper left.
  3. Type in the "Email" field.
  4. Click Save.

SBC Global
If you've received e-mails from Scanner Master before:
  1. Open an e-mail from Scanner Master.
  2. Click the Add to Address Book link next to "From."
  3. Add additional optional information.
  4. Click either of the Add to Address Book buttons along the left.

If you've never received Scanner Master e-mails:
  1. Click the Addresses tab along the top of the window.
  2. Click the Add Contact button in the upper left.
  3. Enter [email protected] in the "E-mail" field, along with additional optional information.
  4. Click Save.

You can buy online with our secure system, over the phone, via fax, or through the mail by check or money order (sorry, no C.O.D's).

Retail Store/Office

You can also purchase in person at our office by appointment only. Because we do not have a regular retail store, we do require that you call before coming to our office to make sure that someone will be available to help you.

Our office is just off route 495 in Holliston.

From 495 North
Get off at exit 19 for Route 109/Medway Road toward Milford. Go right off the exit .3 of a mile. At the first set of lights turn right on to Beaver St. Go .5 of a mile and turn right on to Route 16/E Main St. Go 1.8 miles and turn right on to Hopping Brook Road. Go .5 miles and we are on the right.

From 495 South
