Durable for sure. Have to remove button on back to fit the case. Tight fit. In order to change batteries have to remove the case. Very hard to see the display with the plastic screen, have to rotate the radio around to read it, backlight doesnt help. I ended up cutting the plastic screen out with an exacto knife.

I purchased this case for a BC346XT. The case has a good snug fit on the scanner but the display window sits a little low and makes it difficult to read the top line of text; I am hoping it will stretch a little over time. The extra girth makes the scanner a little easier to hold onto especially when I am wearing gloves. Workmanship and materials are excellent. Over all I would recommend this case to anyone considering it for purchase.

I will let you know after I get it...... more to follow UPDATE - Just received the case today. It was a snug fit for sure. But, it was workable. You do have to remove the metal belt clip post on the back of scanner. Also, I did stretch the top portion of the case just a little to slide over the rubberized buttons. All the front buttons are in full view. The top portion of display is a littlecut off but fully readable. After a while, this being nylon, it will give some. Overall a good fit. The scanner I own is the Uniden Bearcat BCD396T
