4 of 5 Scanner program for the Sheriffs Dept August 21, 2016

I had my scanner programmed for Madison Co. Ill and The Co. is on star com . I can hear all the star com channels but the sheriffs dept. Im in contact with your  staff to resolve this problem

I live in an area where police just went digital so I had to buy a new scanner. They are almost impossible to do so I had Scanner Master do it. The first time it was sent to me it didn't work. I returned it and it came back in just a few days and works great! They know their business. I just wish I didn't have to pay to send it back but that is the way it goes sometimes. trust them. they are very honorable - and good at what they do.

Strongly suggest this option for the BCD996P2 scanner. The owner's manual is very difficult to understand. I bought this scanner for a hospital emergency room and attempted (5) times to program the trunked system our county is using. I failed every time. I purchased this same scanner from Scanner Master with the county programming. On Christmas morning, pulled the scanner out of the box. Plugged it in turned it on and I had radio action! AWESOME! The programming is perfect!

The programming for my new BCD996XT was done in record time, and it is very complete with the most recent talkgroups which have changed in my county.
