Bought in 2013 & stored it away until last week & I am very happy with it. Why I waited so long to use was a mistake.  Later Wally

    4 of 5 Antenna is great August 27, 2015

I've had this antenna for around 3 weeks now.  The antenna is great and pulls in everything locally and surrounding area.  the DC/VHF Combiner & PP3 Battery Box is not so great.  When you activate the box, the Conventional frequencies are boosted, but it cuts the newer Phase I and II's signal strength and the scanner will miss most of the action.  I give the antenna a 5/5 but the Box knocks my rating down to 4/5.

    5 of 5 Worthwhile August 25, 2015

I have this set up inside the house in a window.  It has pulled in some stations I couldn't get, but it really enhanced the strength of weak stations that were fuzzy or intermittent.  Running it on a BCD436HP and, as a scanner antenna, it is pretty impressive.
