    Product Description

The new Uniden BCD325P2 offers APCO 25 Phase I and II digital capability. For those who like GPS scanning, a feature no other manufacturer offers, you can now enable and disable not only Systems but Groups as well depending on your location (the optional GPS antenna that we sell is required).

DMR & Provoice for your BCD325P2 and BCD996P2 scanner is now available!
Now available for "P2" series scanners is the ability to monitor unencrypted DMR/MotoTRBO and EDACS ProVoice. This option allows monitoring these exciting systems if they are used in your area. ProVoice is used by many public safety systems around the country. DMR/TRBO is used mostly by business users but is also used by many public safety and local government systems.
If your area uses DMR/TRBO or ProVoice then these (paid) upgrades will help you increase your monitoring ability.

Great Update of the BCD396T March 20, 2017
Reviewer: Mike from Denton, MD United States
Needed to replace my BCD396T because local governments switched to P25 Phase II. The 325 is a worthy choice. Excellent reception, very good audio. Only gripe is its 2 AA battery capacity. That only gives about 7 or 8 hours of use before batteries require recharging. And an external charger is a necessity because the scanner cannot charge while turned on. Charge 1 set of NiMH while using other.

      Good January 15, 2017
Reviewer: Bruce from San Rafael, CA United States
Good except for price which they should continue to work on to get down.
Programmed okay since it is very simular to my BCD396T.
There should be two power ports..One for charging and one for table top use.  The furnished USB cord is way too short..Needs to be twice as long....Working great on the P25 system....Should come with the A/C adapter...

      Not what I wanted. Told I can't get a full refund. November 21, 2016
Reviewer: Crazy Eagle from Frisco, TX United States
tried to order a unit online. thought I was getting the new top of the line scanner, as they have been touting that all you need is a zip code to pull all the area frequencies.  When placing my order, the cart would not accept my order for some strange reason. I tried t o process order 3 times to no avail. So, I figured my order didn't go thru. I called and left a voice message and then followed up with an email at the same time I tried to order, but couldn't. I specifically stated tat the order did not go thru, and I had questions and wanted someone to call me before processing the order, if it did go thru. I did not hear from them the next day. Again I called, and got their voice mail  and sent another email priority asking them to call me as soon as possible, yet n call. Half of my review had t be deleted.. why??

      Much improved September 27, 2016
Reviewer: Thomas from Walnut Creek, CA United States
I own a  369T and an XT besides this scanner. The XT has been disappointing- returned for repairs twice and only gets marginal reception. I was therefore reluctant to go with another Uniden product. However the 325P2 has been great, and will receive signals that neither of the other two will. Reception of trunked P25 systems has been especially good. Phase II P25 systems also work well with this scanner
