Note: This is an excellent basic scanner which has no trunking or digital capabilities. In areas with basic/analog radio systems it's a good choice. Also note that while this scanner covers the 800 MHz band it does not trunk or receive digital and thus will not be appropriate for most 800 MHz systems unless it is a conventional analog 800 MHz channel you wish to monitor.
