ARCXT is programming software for the Uniden BC346XT, BCD396XT and BCD996XT Scanners.

Requirements: Windows XP/2000/Vista/7, minimum 1024x800 video, 512 RAM, free serial or USB port (USB requires Uniden USB-1 cable).

ARC-XT combines the best of 2 worlds! With ARC-XT you can directly access (*) the RadioReference.com Database and import over 9000(!) trunk and conventional systems directly into your scanner!
QuickKey Overview: 'Drag and Drop' your systems/sites or groups in QuickKeys.
Built in lookup utility to find Latitude & Longitude based on US address or zipcode

I purchased the BC346XT a while back and decided that I wanted to enter everything into manually. After finding out how long and tedious that process was, I decided to download the demo of this software and try it out. It is amazing how easy it is to modify the scanner with this software. At the drop of a hat, I can add in an entire other state worth of frequencies if I want to.

I Have the BC346XT made by Uniden, really nice scanner. I got the scanner back in 10/09, and spent the next day and a half programming it. What a change from the older scanners. Just got the ARCXT Pro Software CD ,,, wish i had gotten the software with the scanner. the software is great,,,programming,,, Virtual Control .. with the cable that comes with the scanner, you can control the scanner from your PC ,,,, if you have Uniden scanners,,, BCD996XT, BCD396XT, BC346XT OR BCT15X This software is a must.
