Let me begin by saying that Butel provided excellent support in fixing the problem created by Scanner Master. After ordering a CD-ROM version of ARC996PRO, I encountered the problem that I could not create or open Trunk type systems. I generated three trouble tickets with Scanner Master. None of the emails were answered. I then place a phone call to Scanner Master and find out customers are directed to Butel's Customer Contact web page. I generated an email to Butel. I was immediately notified by Butel that I had the wrong CD-ROM version (version 3.0.004), version 3.0 was obsolete and that I needed to download Version 4.0 from Butel's web site. The problem went away with the new installation of 4.0. Now I ask you - would you give a company like a Scanner Master a good rating with what I encountered. I hope the above is used constructively and changes are made at Scanner Master so the next customer does not experience what I encountered.
