AM-FM Scanner coupler October 22, 2016

This coupler works quite well. My car has an antenna embedded into the back window. The reception is good on all bands, and, it didn't affect the reception on the factory AM-FM radio. This coupler is a good choice if you don't want to use a mag mount or drill holes in the body. I highly recommend this coupler.

Completely Satisfied January 10, 2014
Reviewer: Abel Limon, Jr. from Hockley, TX United States
I ordered this product without delay. It got here before Christmas (I was not expecting it until after.) I have this installed on my Chevy Tahoe. It does exactly what I expected. No signal loss, I can easily hear units who are 60 miles away. I have not noticed any signal loss on the FM radio, however I never listen to the AM band on the car radio, so I can not attest to that. If you're looking for a quick way to improve your scanner's signal but don't want an antenna on the roof/window, etc..then this product is for you. I monitor VHF and 800 MHZ trunk system with no problems.

Works Great for HF, UHF and VHF. March 24, 2010

Driving a 2006 Toyota 4Runner with a factory internal antenna built into the roof. I think the internal antenna is affecting my reception of 800 Trunking. It works great for everything else, CB, Ham, Marine & Railroad. Just little iffy with 800 trunking, but that's probably due to my internal antenna.
